One of the first things, when starting to generate an SEO campaign is start by

have a spam penalty. Only thing you can do is create a brand new website or
ask Google to disallow links.
One thing that I forget to mention to adding a new private window, just incase
you’ve click on your own website and this won’t show true user results. But
you should use a private window to see where your website is displayed or use
rank tracker.
Since we successfully finished that section, we’ll move on to created an SEO
campaign for your real estate business.
Step 1: Knowing your Niche & Become the expert
At this point in your career you’ve pick your niche in real estate but you’ll
want to dive a little further with your niche.
- Do you do residential?
- Do you do Luxury?
- Do you do Commercial?
I’ve been told since first starting online is picking your niche and getting
to know everything that you could possibly know about that group. Real Estate
itself is a big niche and we focus on Realtor SEO for your business partners
and you lean into Luxury, residential but you pick a niche. Make sure you’ll
stick out and see many people through MLM, and marketing in general just
change niches.

Step 2: Keyword Research
After finding a product it’s time to start finding hungry buyers to things
that you have to offer online. First step inside of the keyword research
section is figuring out the Google Planner keyword research tool.
Through Long-tail and short-tail keywords you will be able to rank your web
pages online through targeting low, medium, high competition keywords. My
suggestion is, begin finding the low hanging fruit that no one is targeting

Step 3: Setting Up All Social Profiles
Most people forget about setting up social media profiles and this is a big

profiles that you’re going be active on. Personally, I use YouTube, Instagram
and LinkedIn for most active profiles that I am consistent on.
Ensure that your profiles are well-optimized for the best search results and
generating a link back to your website. Free Facebook marketing seems to be
nonexistent since in 2022, it’s about pay to play inside of that area.
Which comes to a lot testing in Facebook?
YouTube & Instagram on the other hand is more of searchable content that
people are looking for inside of Google or YouTube to find what their seeking.
While a lot SEO’s will tell you to create locations videos and this is isn’t
one of tips with had some bad experiences with clients and this was converting
for them. So, we decided to make a professional commercial like video for
their business and rank them for some of the top searches and use YouTube ads
to help generate views on the videos.
Plus creating an opt-in for people to get some free information! Maybe adding
your 50 best tips for buying your first home in (location) or maybe how to
lower your credit score and in either situation you want the ability to
remarket to them in the future as fans or people looking for a new home.
Always link back to your website for they can get more information from your
website or opt-in. Don’t give them too many options or they’ll just be
confused!
Really comes down to posting and how many times are you posting especially on
LinkedIn or Twitter since a lot of your info just go through the newsfeed.
Step 4: Optimize your Website for Search
Since I see that a lot big brands don’t use any content to their websites.
Should you even try this approach when trying to rank a brand new website, of
course not. My recommendation is adding at 500 optimize words on the page that
flow naturally for getting people to your website.
Then adding value on your blog and adding content that going help them. Not
just thinking about yourself and hope it help one of two people that visited
your website. Adding 2-3 keywords on the page depending on how long the
content is and adding LSI keywords.
Best Strategy for On Page I can give is these tips.

URL Structure- add main keyword inside of the url example would
http://paulsavola.com/toronto-real-estate-seo/ which is the blog post your
on now. - Add Images and Videos if you have them.
- Add Alt tags
- If a blog post add Meta Tags

Adding Meta Data description to get people to your website to take action on
reading your blog post.
Step 5: Start Link Building
While there are plenty of link building strategies online and you’ll be able
to find them on the web. I want to introduce a few of them without going into
them in full detail!
Here’s a few of the link building strategies that are working…
- YouTube Link Building ( Dofollow and Nofollow)
- Haro- Help a reporter Out Link building method
- Guest Post on other Blogs
- Web 2.0s
- Expired Domains
Those are most popular and directories don’t work that much no more. Many
people still use them but not a lot people even looking through directories
that much anymore.
Step 6: Analyze your SEO Efforts
Let’s say you wrote 5 blog post and I don’t recommend blogging every single
day. One reason that how you truly going keep up analyzing your website with
SEO efforts, if you never have time.
Hope and prey for building links was never my strategy. A lot natural white
SEO’s suggest this method and tried this craziness for awhile. No results..
Tracking your linking building efforts through a rank tracker and know what
you’re doing when it comes to anchor text. Don’t look spammy or over-optimize
your anchor text through creating the same keywords to your website.
You can build a good quality of branded and website Url’s for you’ll wont over
optimize anchor text within your website.
