What Ranking Factors Matter!
After discovery and testing some of things that actually matter in
Search Engine Optimization
(SEO) , I am going explain my own Results in Real Estate SEO that I have
ranked with Easy Keywords with only links. Some pages took Social signals and
what influence is really creating those results, because that’s what everyone
want inside of their biz.
Mobile Search-
In April 21, 2015, there was an update with Google with mobile search, but it
did effect the desktop version of search. The fact that mobile search did
effect desktop version that I see through looking my phone, but Google needs
to look through many different sites on Google. Then, again some of the mobile
friendly searches are not mobile friendly as they suggest.
Maybe you don’t care about the mobile search factors for your real estate biz,
but more importantly people are searching on their mobile phones more than
ever. Okay let’s jump into On Page SEO.
On-page SEO
Many People talk about online factors but I will be talking about them as
well. Your Title,
Keywords, Meta, h1, h2, h3, h4, and bold words, italic words, web link for blog post,
silo pages which many people don’t talk about, tags..
Meta tag these days don’t really do much but grab people attention to make
them click on your website. This also does this with your Title! You need to
have an engaging title to grab people attention with your target audience. For

Less talk about a little bit SILO pages and are they still effective today’s
SEO. Let take a step back and tell you what they are exactly, and basically
they inter link within the site. You want to share your back linking juice
within your Site. I will explain this a more in a few other post down the
road, and will be doing a complete video or you search on Google for the info.
Tags are only relevant inside of Bing, Yahoo search engines, but if you rank
in Google you easily rank on the other to search engines. Google does not
count tags inside of their search results. I could go over every single thing
inside of optimizing your page that is another whole subject on itself.
Off- Page SEO
One the questions that people are always asking do back links matter and how
much authority does it have for each link. Depending on if each link used to
depend on PR ( Page rank) and everything deals with trust flow, domain
authority pull much weight for your back links.

Social Signals
Many people have been talking about this for a long time and how much
authority does this hold for your website. Depending on the competition is
going depending on how much social signals that you are going need. There are
a lot people that are saying social signals do not matter, but the reality it
show Google that you are a relevant site or blog page.
I did a couple test with Back links and with only social signals. One for low
volume all you need is a little bit of back links without any social signals
to rank with your keywords that you want. High competition is a bigger factor
with SEO in general and takes a lot more effort with ranking your page in
Google.
